Thread: 2.5 moogle delivery quest bugged?

I have been enjoying these quests and I thought I had done them all. New quests were added in 2.5 but the Moogle is nowhere to be found. I have been to the location the patch notes claim him to be and there is nothing. I have searched the entire city. I have no unfinished quests. The last quest I did was "of siblings and side whiskers" the one with Jandelaine. Ever since then I have not been able to find the Moogle. If I'm missing something please help. Other people in my FC are also having problems finding the Moogle for the new quests.

It's not bugged. You're most likely missing a prerequisite quest.

Go to Central Shroud, Sorrel Haven X:16 Y:18. Speak with Marcette and do any quests available. After completing "Thwack-a-mole" return to Limsa and check for the Post Moogle.
