It takes a patch or two before they get Armoire Implementation. In 2.5 a lot of the Kabuto's and Starlight items found a home in the Armoire. It would be nice if all of these one-time Glamour reward items were added as well though. Some have been around quite awhile (Sable Death Mask, Slime King's Head, etc.)

However, I do not believe its a bug. Just a little slow implementation.
Nothing was added to the armoire in 2.5! More stuff was added to the calamity salvager, however.
