Tier 3 support for my ISP , thats hilariousIn far too many cases, we are finding it is an issue with our ISP's peering/transit exchange points to third party networks used to get us to Ormuco (SE's ISP), or within the network segments of those third parties. SE has no influence over those policies---but your ISP does. You will have to go to your ISP's tier3 support about such issues if you find them on your assigned route to Montreal.
