Binding a macro to your thumbstick is awesome. Since you only get two, getting the most out of them is important. I'm currently in love with:
/mk attack
/mount "company chocobo"
/levelsync
/psort
Have you got a favorite?

You really need to stop claiming your stuff is, "the best".
Edit:
I'm not saying there's anything wrong with your macros. Sharing your macros and ideas with the community is a great thing! I just don't like you trying to say yours is "the best"
If you're interested, I keep it simple
/sit
/mount
Because I've always wanted sit and lock on to be separate. LOL But I'm thinking of adding /levelsync to that too because I totally didn't think of it.

I believe it was implied as a question even though the period technically turns it into a statement.
/facetarget
And
/assist <p3>
/assist <p2>

I'm using the left for my mount macro since clicking already caused you to dismount.
/ac "mount roulette"
/mount "company chocobo"
No chocobos summoned uses roulette and if it is summoned then it automatically uses the Chocobo.
For now I put my limit break on right stick. This was a great addition for controller users. Freed up several spots on my hotbar. Going to need that extra space for the expansion and new skills.
My appologies. Clearly the "best" macro you can put to thumbstick is:
