In Pursuit of the Past - Can't Get into Airship Landing

Steps:

Finish Stone Vigil for In Pursuit of the Past
Teleport out of Airship Landing in Gridania after cutscenes.
Unable to re-enter the landing at all.

So, basically my friend and I have done Stone Vigil, and during the time you're supposed to talk to the NPC after gaining the airship he TELEPORTED OUT to do something else. God only knows why he did, and now he is unable to get back in to finish the quest, In Pursuit of the Past. His name is Ballz Mcklausky and we're both sitting in Gridania praying someone from the GM team can at least teleport him over there.


You know, back at level 15 we could into the Airship Landing. Why can't either of us now? We both tried airships and it skips it. Why? To lock people out of the story?

Note that I have finished it, and was helping him troubleshoot since I remembered about level 15 and the airships.

You have to talk to someone at the airship counter and they will let you in ( I did the same thing on that quest )
