Font Size - Let us adjust it!

Heya fellow glasses wearers! Assuming of course

We let the dev. team know about your font size request for the chat and battle logs and they let us know that they will be making adjustments to address this in the future but it is a ways off before it will be implemented.

Why don't the devs just open the UI to user mods? If it's programmed in LUA, which most user interfaces in games are, then moderating which functions can be used and which cant is easy. Problems like font size should not be a developer issue... it's a waste of time when a user could just write 1 line of code and be done with it. =/

Maybe this isn't the right thread but... this thread is just one of the many examples of why a moddable UI would be an excellent idea. Font size being a "ways off" is kinda silly.

Because it need to be in the config. You can't simple write a LUA Mod for the PS3.

They're still in the process of revamping the UI. They're not going to allow mods when they're still changing things. They're going to wait until they feel its finished. They've said before they'll allow mods, but there's things that need to be taken care of beforehand.

I actually want to be able to make the font smaller. I have no trouble reading it at my resolution and would like to be able to fit more of it in my chat log without having to make the window bigger. Most other MMOs I've played seem to have a smaller font by default. With the option to shrink should come the option to enlarge, of course, so I'm in support of this.

I have made like 3 freaking threads about this and no one ever said anything...now EVERYONE agrees? Damn you guys! I been complaining about this since beta!!!!!

I play this @ 1680 x 1050 I cant see JACK SQUAT...

the funny part is my char's name is still HUGE and in da way..

What disability? As far as I know having a small font is not a personal disability but a failure in configuration options...
