    No, please no. Leave that little brat to terrorize Vana'dielian adventurers in Windurst Walls where she belongs. I never understood the sudden interest FFXI players had for a character who was originally nothing more than a minor quest npc (I never liked Shantotto in FFXI in case you couldn't tell - she kept sending me on wild chocobo chases and then blamed me when things inevtiably went pear-shaped. ).

    Well personally I'd like an event that actually had Shantoto IN it. That giant one that came out of no where at the end of that fate and her appearing for a few minutes for no friggen reason didn't really count in my book.

    After all The Lightning Strikes event had a 5 quest chain with an actual side story behind it. I had just hit Level 44 when the event occurred during it's 1st run. So I got to do the whole thing in one shot.

    She is. Well, a reference to her is anyway... the creator of the Stardust Rod is Shatotto.

    I thought of this but, selfishly, I'm a male character so I thought I didn't care so much. After thinking about it, yes, we the people do. My retainers would ALL have that hair style and it would be fun to see others run around with that style.
