    it the same RoH combo. you can also add facture into that if you have good TP management.

    fixd. 'TP management' implies there's something you as a pld should do to conserve tp. The only way to manage tp as pld is shield swipe, but that's not real applicable as dps OT. Halone all day every day. No way to 'manage' that.
