Goldsaucer??

Guys, when i run from fate to fate on Sagoli desert i spotted something strange far awaya behind the dunes outside southern thanalan zone:

As you can see on the left side of screen there are some party going on behind the dunes
That pillars of light dance same as those in any Castrum.....but there is not any Castrum on that desert from what i know, what you guys think??
I remeber some cut scene about flying there and i remember that this was on some desert, maybe this is it

Yup, go further right and look through the mountain to see the cactuars eyes.
