Steps:
A few days ago there were some people on Behemoth mounts in Mor Dhona covering up the Soldiery/Poetics shop NPC so I reported them for trolling.
I got the support desk response and hit close on the topic but the support icon in the server info HUD element didn't vanish.
Since then every time I login or switch to a different instance (not when zoning, only when transferring between Balmung and instances [dungeons, raids, trials, etc]) a few minutes will pass and then the "Your support request has been responded to" text pops up in the usual part of the screen and then the support icon in the server info HUD element starts blinking.
I've tried many, many times over the past few days to close all topics I might have forgot to close in the past and tried many times to close this topic again to no avail.

It happens to me too. I recently reported someone for harassment and the message keeps popping up even if I keep closing the ticket.

Still having this problem, hoped maintenance would include a fix. Apparently not.

Who knows how long I'll have arbitrary support desk text scrawled across my screen in dungeons at this rate. Really aggravating.
