Retainers - Marketboard Flag - Suggestion/Idea

SE - Love what you did for retainers this patch - I literally danced!

1) can you add an option/flag for retainer level (i.e. all items) where any item listed is NOT posted on public marketboard (setting done either when placed or via menu either at a bell or when placed publicly) - this would let FC leaders & crafters list raid food & other items at below market prices w/o worrying about the market buying them out (or driving the general prices down).

2) can you add the ability to place them inside a house - not just outside? This would let FC's limit access using existing housing controls to sales retainers w/o you having to code a whole new set of permissions.

This combined with the public history function that is already present would dramatically expand how FC's can serve and assist their members (as well as how they raise money to serve those members).

I support this, being able to make sales private on the retainer/to FC members would be a nice addition and allow us to prep foods and items for members when we crafters are offline, and selling to them at a reasonable cost of mats price or FC discount.
