FFXI Crashing

FFXIV Crashes when i click to start a leve or when i join behest and the battlewarden tries to initiate the behest. i have tried reinstalling FF, registery cleanup, video card driver update, directx update, defragmentation, malware scanning, and general cleaning of my pc. it just started all of a sudden and now it is a consistent crash everytime in both windowed n fullscreen. idk what to dooo. does anyone have any ideas?
