    I don't think it's bitching as much as it is a legit question on the way things work in Eorzea. I've had the question as well.

    My guess would be that with the world wide "ness" of the game, each region has their own standards on what is appropriate and what isn't. So I think it is easier to just "cover up" then to try and code for different ratings worldwide.
