Kinda disappointed at that since well.. it basically screws over anyone who doesn't have a high end computer or is on PS3. :/

Personally, I think the cast time change is needed but they also need to do something about the radius of the LB. It telegraphs for the circle that appears and then for several yalms outside that radius. I've been far away from the cast when it finishes and STILL get hit.
