I honestly find the old English used by some of the NPCs in this game easier to understand than a lot of the new "English" I hear coming out of people these days. :x

Not in any literal translation of it I've seen. Only a handful of characters have linguistic quirks; which are always noted specifically; not the entire cast.

Well, of course not, because then it wouldn't be a translation. If they left in all the Japanese grammar and word choices, then it would still be in Japanese. Translations inherently remove all that.
