The issue seems to happen when the game is on for a while.

The game has been on all day, even when I wasn't on my computer and I notived it after fighting for a while.

Restarting the game fixe the problem.

After restarting it, about 1 hour the problem came back but now the delays were 5 seconds instead of 8 seconds.
