Thread: Songs from 2.3+?

I don't know which music that is already on the cd but since they have new patches will we get ost from the other new content?

I love the wanderer's palace hm theme and satasha hm and the boss music to satasha

I want to know if we will ever get these I am wanting to listen it to it over and over

Well the boss music from Sastasha HM can be found in both Before Meteor and A Realm Reborn soundtracks. As for the 2.4 and 2.5 dungeon themes (2.2 and 2.3 as well), chances are they'll be on the Heavensward soundtrack... or a mini soundtrack. Though already a fair amount of the themes introduced in the patches can already be heard on Before Meteor.

They've mentioned doing another OST, but are busy with the 2.5 patches and heavensward for the moment. I think Soken also mentioned they've already rented a studio for 3 days to finalise the new OST.

Also, From Astral to Umbral has all the primal themes on it, both in a new band version, as well as the original in-game, although Titan, Levi and Shiva are only the final phase music.

There was a LOT of music on the ARR and BM soundtracks. When I burned them to CDs, I wound up with five discs for Before Meteor and seven discs for A Realm Reborn.

They're probably holding off on releasing a new soundtrack until they have a comparable amount of new music. I'm definitely looking forward to it, though; I particularly love the Pharos Sirius long version, and would like to have it on a soundtrack!

The amount of CDs required is 1 of the reason they went with a bluray version instead (and of course, higher sound quality, and lots of extra's)

ARR OST is 2.0 release and 2.1 patch, so for the next one it'd likely contain 2.2 to 2.5 as well as the (majority of the) Heavensward music.
