HotBars question

So im using bars 1 to 6 for my black mage, so many because i only use a few of them to get a look like this:



So i have my HUD layout like this:



Problem with that is that when i change to another class, hotbar 1/2 is the only one that changes to something different, the others one stay the same..

So is there a way to my all 10 of my hotbar linked to a specific class?

found it, just disabled sharing in the character menu thanks

Hotbar icon are big, can I make it look smaller?
