There's Ishgard (assuming it was founded the same year as Nidhogg's attack), Limsa and Gridania. I'm guessing Ul'dah/Sil'dah and Gelmorra were founded between 200-500 6AE.
Ul'dah/Sil'dah would have to of been founded after Belah'dia was dissolved so on that timescale would only be in the ballpark between 872-972 of the sixth AE.
