your example is an obvious exaggeration, everyone you fear getting a parser already has one and the discrimination you describe already happens they just dont post your dps in party so they cant be punished all they have to do is say you suck and kick you, or not even that just a blind kick not having an official parser only hurts console players and people who dont want to break the rules
