Why is there festival music in Camp Riversmeet...?

This makes no sense to me so I'm posting this purely just to get a straight/non troll answer.

I was walking to do a r40 horn and the hand faction leve at Riversmeet and the normal coerthas music was playing (my favorite music) then the extremely annoying festival music breaks the nice mood and changes as I near the riversmeet area.

Um....why is this happening? What festival related things are occurring in Riversmeet?

I'm confused...

You'll hear the Firefall Festival music everytime you approach a settlement.
For example: in Thanalan you can hear the music near Silver and Golden Bazaar, in La Noscea you'll hear it near Wineport and Aleport.

I know, it's pretty annoying, but I just shut down the music sometimes when it happens, and just listen to my songs.

Falcon's Nest is in that region and the event is there too, thus the music.

You'll not see the settlements, but I'll give you the coordinates (X;Y. Click on Show Grid in order to see the points):

Western Coerthas (20;29)
Eastern Coerthas (63;35)

You can say that in those zones there is the event ongoing, so you're constrained to listen to the Firefall Fairie Festival FOR EVER, UNTIL YOUR EARS BLEED.
