My ilvl is 118 in dps gear (with crafted parts) or 120 with hp gear.

What I can offer:
1. Exp until t13
2. Good dps
3. Fast learning of mechanics
4. 3-4 hours of raiding every day (preferably 7-10 pm CET), 6 hours at weekends (4-10 pm CET)
5. Being online at specified time

What I expect from group:
1. Capable of staying inside instance and practicing for 3 hours
2. Members being online and ready at the beginning of raiding time. Or party leader capable of finding a replacement in advance if someone can't come.
3. Every member has no connection issues.
4. Every member has decent understanding of their job.
5. Being ok with critics and suggestions.
6. Focus on raid progression and learning of fight.
