    Gardening? Explanation required

    Hi
    I´m not quite sure where to post this, but I think it would be here. Oh and I am Norwegian so please forgive me if it is any spelling mistakes in my text.

    I first heard about gardening when I tried to find the fruits needed to feed my chocobo (I wanted to dye it). Some of the fruits I needed are only obtainable through gardening.
    Gardening? I googled it and it seems like the only way to grow crops is to grow them in your garden, which you can buy when you have a home. I don´t have a house, only 18K gil. Is there any other way to do gardening? Like, is there a place somewhere on a map where everyone can do gardening? Is it possible to rent a garden somewhere?

    Also, how does cooking work? Is there a guild for it? Please explain this too : P

    I really like the idéa of gardening, making food and so on (kinda reminded me of SAO, idk why) so please help me.

    The Culinarian guild is in Limsa at the Bismarck, which is located on the upper decks

    If you don't own a house or be part of FC that has house+garden your only option is to buy it from market the prices have gone heavily down now so its not that expensive and as stated above the culinarian class can be unlocked at limsa
