Is there a reason why our CDs need to be reset out in the field?

I would like to see cooldowns reset after a wipe first to be honest. Especially in raids.

Whm - used shroud and benediction ( everyone dies ) gg respawn -> cries slowly cuz their saving grace skills are on CD still even tho it's a fresh run. Why SE didn't add this in yet? I'll never know.
Also i agree tht they should take the gcd off when u switch in the fields.
Being out of battle should be enough for limitations on when you can switch classes. But waiting for ur gcd to go off cd when you have successfully switched classes already just makes no good common sense for me. All i can think of is it'll allow ppl to jump back into fights faster as different jobs.
