    Ninja Mudra Laggier Than Usual In Instances

    Since patch 2.5 my ninja mudra in dungeons seems to have an extreme lag to them, I have confirmed this with other ninja, may be specific to my server but I'm not sure seeing as they messed with poison too. Feels almost like a 1.5 recast sometimes when normally I can pop all 3 off in 1.2 seconds total. Directly affects dps and needs to be looked at asap. Imo just please make them off gcd, please?
