Please make kicked people stay kicked

While doing a low level dungeon for a relic book, we had to kick a tank who was trash talking everyone and refusing to tank anymore (doing Manderville dance non stop). He came right back to the same party 3 times in a row, using up everyone's 4 hour kick limit. So, the troll won. Someone (me) had to eat a 30 minute penalty to get out.

Please SE. Change it so if a person is kicked, they cannot be placed back into the same group.

That's about when you don't go back in for a tank for another 5 min. He would have found another group.

A temp solution is (who even the leader of the group is) don't start searching for a replacement the instant you kick someone (especially ones with instant que), this way it lowers the chance of getting the same person kicked as that person may end up in a different group. Doesn't stop it totally but does slow it down.

You could have opted to vote abandon rather than take the leaving penalty.

In order to vote someone out, you need 2 people total: the instigator, and one other.
In 8 mans, it's 4 people.
If half the group doesn't like you, why would you want to be around them?

So I can get my loot. If they don't want to be friends that's fine by me. I still have other goals to work towards and if I've helped complete 90% of a dungeon I'd rather see it finished off.

If a group is unpleasant then I would prefer to take a 30 minute penalty myself, "no reward is worth this". I just wish I could blacklist players from other servers, so many people I am forced to play with just because they are not on my server >.>.
