I prefer GSM since they can desynth pvp acc item and PLD rowena's token equip into BC3

Armorer is pretty good if you do lots of PVP. You can use the wolf marks for the i70 shield, which doesn't cost very much.

I think armorer should be very good to desynth rowena token lv90 shield.
It only costs 1 token, while other weapons cost 3 (except sword which is 2).

Granted, i got 2 Battlecraft Demi III from desynthing one lv90 weapon from Rowena token, maybe the shields can give only 1 Battle Demi III per desynth?
I dont have armorer desynth leveled up, so i cant really try...

dGSM has Gold Spectacles, Darklight or Mythology drops, Allagan jewelry and the Break Blade. But it has the most competition. The only useful myth token is the head piece, and don't think any Syrcus or Labyrinth drops work.

dARM has the most options in Allagan gear, can use all nearly myth tokens, and can craft arm belts. The Onion Shield, but that helps only if you run EX primals religiously. There are a good number of Syrcus and Labyrinth options.

dWVR has many Allagan options, mostly in turn 4, can use some myth tokens. It does not have a crafted belt option, so you'll need a minimum of two Tawny per desynth attempt. There are some Syrcus and Labyrinth options.

dLTW has a few Allagan options, can use most myth tokens, and can craft belts. There are a number of Syrcus and Labyrinth options.

dBSM is not a good choice. Farming Ifrit, Garuda, and Mog as a tank are your only really repeatable options, but even if you're farming light it's a miserable use of time.

This isnt entirly true: Gsm can use tokens for hands (bardstuff) aswell - also theres some drops from CT because the crowns for healers&tanks are actually gsm-stuff.
And just, as already mentioned, pvp-gear. The jewls are extremly cheap, might even cheaper than the shield, I'm not sure atm. I'd say gsm is the best class because jewl-drops are guranteed - if you're going to farm dungeons for stuff you'll always get some (if you roll high enough ofc...)

Alchemist is actually very good for these depending on server prices of certain mats. The giantsgall weapons can be used to get battlecraft demi materia relatively easy. But again, its dependant on the prices of the mats. But with your list in the OP, i am not sure if its just those classes you are wanting.

Levelling up WVR desynth recently with cashmere hats also gave me a drop rate of about 25% for battle demi 3.

Out of the list i would say GSM is probably the strongest, followed closely by WVR and LTW
