Mega Grapic bug or something like that

This is my problem:

all chars look like that on my screen, restarted PC several times but didnt help furthermore there is no running/walking animation

started after last patch

Looks like the character animation files are corrupted.
Try re-applying the patch again or reinstalling.

That's really odd. Does it affect your own character?

It affects all charas on my screen even retrainers and npcs it seems like my "real chara" is invisible and i only seet those manequinns ; ; for example when i do /sit i see how my staff goes in sit position<.<

Whats you system info, GPU CPU etc?

go into documents / my games / final fantasy XIV / delete everything in this folder. Run the FFXIV config program and re-set all your graphics options, gamepad settings, etc., etc. Then run the game itself.

deleting the folder it and setting all options back to the start options didnt help

Use the FFXIV Config tool to copy your system settings and paste them here. There are specific hardware items that have this issue more frequently, with some workarounds some times.
