Current classes will still remain in 3.0 so class system will not be removed in 3.0.
What is happening with these new Jobs is that they will not have a class so they will start out as Jobs at lvl 1. (Think of them as Advance Jobs or Secret Jobs in RPGs you must find)
The only special requirement to unlock these 3 new Jobs is to unlock the Armary system for your character and find their Job Trainer somewhere in the world so players can get them even in 2.0 Main Scenario.
However, this also means there may be restrictions such as Retainers may not have access to DK, Mach, and Astro due to being Jobs. So players who want to level their retainer must level the current classes to level 60.
This also means new characters will not bable to start out as these Jobs.
Current classes in the game will most likely become the basic Starter Class/Jobs new characters/new players start out as to get a feel for the game.

Unless you have proof yourself that GLA, THA, ACN, ARC, CNJ, MAR, PUG, ROG, and LNC are going to be removed in 3.0 then you don't have the right to insult someone for saying these 9 classes will still remain in 3.0.
As of now majority of people are assuming these 9 classes may be removed because the three new jobs don't have their own Classes. However, this is not the only possible outcome and their reason behind not having their own classes.
For starters the 9 classes can remain in FF14ARR to serve as the starting classes.
another is that these 9 classes may become the main source of cross-skills for all Jobs in the future which may lead to the Classless Jobs to not have their own X-Skills but must gain X-Skills from these 9 classes.
third is that if they do remove these 9 classes they will have to rework all Job storyline to fit into why bunch of adventurers can become the Azure Dragoon, Monk, Paladin, Warrior, Bard, Scholar, Summoner and etc. at lvl 1 when lore wise the Player character is the 1st adventurer to become these Jobs, master them, and is known to be the 1st outsider to actually become one.

It is the consequence of being still able to play the game after expansion, by all players that did not buy the expansion. They just will not be able to go in new places ur use new classes. It was in last Q&A session about.
