Support flag not clearing

Several days ago, I reported an issue of in-game harassment. I talked with a GM about it, and that's not the issue.

The issue is that the "you have received a response from support" message will not go away. I have read all the responses in my support page, marked them closed, but the blinking "support" icon doesn't go away, and every time I log in, I get the banner across the screen that tells me I have a response in the support file.

I've even gone to my history, marked everything from this entire month closed, and the support blinkie doesn't go away.

This happened to me, but it went away on its own after about two days. Very annoying.
