WoD Loot Needs Fixing

It took 28 fights with the 5 headed dragon before I even saw the Bard chest. I can understand the frustration. Especially when I see the melee chests drop nearly every run. However, I've have yet to see ANY tank gear...lol

I'm convinced there is no monk gear in this dungeon. Have yet to see any of it drop. I really want the monk chest piece, but I see bard pants in the last chest EVERY time.

Then I do a trial roulette and a bard bow drops. SE is just trolling me now.

The loot system is very annoying. First week WoD was up, I kept playing it over and over with no Bard loot dropping at all. Started getting sick of FFXIV in general trying it so many times. Then suddenly on one of the runs I accidently must of hit greed for a Dragoon drop I had no use for, since I got it and that counted as my loot for the week.

After that I avoided WoD until it was possible to get loot again. Next week I played it to finish the Magus quest and got lucky with some bard pants. Told a friend the previous day I would play it with them the next day, so I felt obligated to even though I couldn't gain anything. The other bard in the group left as soon as he got the bard coat I had no chance of getting.

And 28 times you probably dropped like every other Bard in there pre dragon XD.

There is a token system. At least be honest and just say that because not every piece is BiS that you believe the system should be rehauled.

It can suck not to get every drop you ever wanted, but there is solid alternatives in crafting and token pieces.

So what I see here is people are either too cheap, don't like the fact that the current token system just doesn't offer up BiS for just time invested and obviously rely too heavily on gear to get through content.

All i have seen all week has been Bard or healer gear actually. Thinking it will be like original Ct and take 60+ runs for a piece of gear, i am already almost halfway there.
RNG is just worst for some players is all OP

And that's not just WoD, there have even been extreme cases with ppl doing T13 60+ times without a drop of their choice.

You do realize there are only 52 weeks in a year O.o

Unless Im behind I doubt you got 60 shots at getting gear in FcOB 13, tops I think maybe 13-15 , unless you meant T9 then ok :P

Because RNG also means that sometimes you'll get the drop you want on your first run.

No one ever complains when RNG gives them the loot they want on their very first try.

Because we usually go "thank freaking lord! Won't have to go back to this place again for an entire week." Especially after spending the first week trying to get something, but then biting the bullet and grabbing something we don't need.
