I think, I still got GSM as the first level 50. But then as people told me that CPT has the most important lvl 50 skill, I leveled CPT next. And then, I wanted to craft my own left side again so I went to level WVR and then LTW next. Followed by BSM. From there, I leveled the other crafts slowly doing daily beast tribes. The only other craft that I powerleveled was CUL because of the nature of the profits I can get from it.

You will spend a lot of money to be able to make loads of money, that's for sure. It will require a lot to get to where I'm at with fully melded gears and lucis on my CUL for instance. I do personally advocate for this craft to make money because even though you're not selling for much profit per item (at least in my server), they get sold really really really fast.

Anyhow, the only other craft with this nature is ALC, which means that you can make money selling pots + tinker's calm.

But yeah, as has been mentioned by other people, you will need all of your DoH to level 50 to make serious money anyways. But don't be fooled into thinking that you cannot already make money even before you are level 50.

Things to pay special attention to are items that people use for leves for leveling and things which are rather tedious to craft (hint: CUL & possibly WVR things). My advice for you is to make your own spreadsheets of profitabilities and pay special attention to the history of purchases and use the MB tools to find 'holes' in supply and stock up based on all these info.
