Add option to completely hide blacklisted players in PF

I actually never blacklist someone of course unless its RMT but I do agree that they need to do something absolutely ut the situation. You shouldnt be able to DF with someone you blacklisted

The black list is meant to prevent that person from contacting you through any form of chat. I would have to say it's a personal problem if you don't want to see a person at all in the game and expecting SE to make them disappear.
