    Yes. Your Aero's live on even after you've gone back to healing mode, so definetly cast them. Aero II, then Stone II till A) the Aero II wears off or B) you have to start healing again.

    Aero has a recovery time equal with Stone II's cooldown time, but you get more dmg out of Stone II, so skip A1.
