Wow, you actually sat there, in this giant theme park of a game, and waited 4 hours just to do one match of PvP? Sorry, I would've gone and done something (or hell, quite a few things) during that wait.

But as for the hunts, be patient. Most people only started doing hunts again to get Carbontwines and Carboncoats. SE said that they would eventually add those to WoD. When that happens, I'm sure the hunt zergfest will die down again and "Troll Tower III: World of Troll" will get into full gear.

Some people only like to PvP. I have a friend who does FL all the time well I'm off farming and grinding. Each person ticks differently.
Plus you can go do other things in RL well leaving the queue up on your computer.

OT though it could be nice to have some stuff thrown out there in more areas, at the same time it's not needed. I tried doing hunts but as someone stated before on the gilgamesh server hunts are dead within the first minute, even 30 seconds I'd say. It's nuts at the moment because everyone wants easy access to ilvl130 gear as enough time has passed for most people to have a full set of poetics gear but maybe not access to a T10-13 raid group or are on weekly lockout.

Give it time, see what SE does and if we're lucky they'll add the drops to WoD sometime in the future.

Honestly if they are going to put allied notes into high/expert, why not just put the upgrade items into the soldiery/poetic vendor instead. That would be better then maintaining a convoluted upgrade system. That way you can buy it from one NPC instead of go to NPC A buy item, go to npc B trade item, go to NPC C trade item = Reward. So stupid, and actually quiet confusing for newer players to mmos.

these are only suggestions to give people more of a variety or options to attain allied seals. What if soldiery or poetics were only obtainable from one source?? People like a variety of different game plays so there should be various options for various game styles is all i am trying to suggest. Not saying that all my ideas may be the greatest just trying to enhance possibilities.

I agree with the OP. Allied seals are more important then Poetics at this point. (for a main job at least)

Spread them around to entice people to explore more content.

It certainly doesn't. If your queues are near 5 hours, then either the DF is bugged, or you've been placed in a queue group with an unpopular language. Just withdraw and requeue, and try having English as the only selected language. There were enough people, prior to 2.5, playing Frontlines, that during Primetime, if you knew what to do, your queues would either be instant or 5 to 10 minutes. Something is wrong with the 2.5 queue system.

Like what? You can't join any group nor you can call your chocobo, and you can't queue for anything else.

While waiting, the only thing you can really do in this game is crafting or gathering... granted you like doing that.

So much for that "theme park of a game".

Why not just add it to daily login and weekly login? Everybody would be happy and lazy..
