The single biggest issue holding back FFXIV needs to be specifically addressed.

This needs to be sorted, along with the "fall through the floor whenever you want to" glitch that's been in since beta.
You can skip several parts of darkhold with that glitch. You can run from the area just before you get to the first mobs to the first room by falling down to it and then from the second room you can fall through the floor and run down to the circle at the end of the first floor, avoiding almost every mob on the way.
I'm glad that they made it so that you need to pop the circles, or else you could run straight to Batraal's room from the very first mobs and avoid everything in the dungeon...

besides the sooner they make it p2p the sooner the population can be thinned out to serious players.. yes i know that the population is sparse as is but some of you have to admit that most of the players are bored kids who don't care about the game or the story lore
