    Can't get out of eternal bond

    The person I was supposed to bond with stopped playing and I want tro transfer servers but I can't because of the eternal bond quest.

    Character I want to abandon on in Nishikino Maki on server Balmung

    I got it... had to speak to a specific npc to cancel the quest
