Is Rouse not working as intended?

Titan-Egi got all the status ailments from Bad Breath while it had Rouse. There are other cases where I have rouse on a different pet and it would still be stunned by different things.

Increases spell-based HP restoration and damage dealt by pet by 40%. While roused, pet will be immune to stun, sleep, bind, heavy, paralysis, and disease.

So it's not all status ailments.
