I'm seeing an increase on Figaro as well. We've gotten new members in our LS and more of our members who joined since release have returned. Ul'dah is still the place to be (and I feel that SE is helping this due to increasing retainer limits in Ul'dah and no where else) but I do see people in Gridania and Limsa more than before.
