Add Que Visibility

I think we need a system in pvp so that we can see who is already signed up. There should be some "Board" we can go up to and see where people have started an instance of 24v24v24 slaughter or whatever it may be and it shows exactly how many people are signed up for that match. Doing it this way would let us choose what we want to play and ultimately make que times faster because we can do what the duty finder is doing ourselves. People will always be smarter than a que system if we are given the ability to choose.

I also just had an epiphany that removing the time limit on switching grand companies would also help out with the issue of imbalanced GCs and allow for SE to keep their current lore. Allow anyone to switch grand companys at any point without waiting a week. This way if they if all they care about is fast ques they can switch to the least populated GC at any time without waiting. This would also allow people to "play with friends" since i'v seen a lot of complaints about that as well.
