I stick by my opinion that increasing spawn times and windows is the only viable option for this and it really doesn't matter if they give more or less seals, the community will just have to start realizing that not everybody in the world is out to help them get better gear and wait for them in every hunt that spawns. In a perfect world, A ranks would be killed by parties of 8 and S ranks by alliances of 24. But then again, in a perfect world hunts should only give fluff/flavour items such as glamours (Allied Seals Gear), minions and etc.. Not progression gear, the Maelstrom should sell gear for their soldiers to show off their pride in it, not ironworks augmentations :P

And yeah, I stopped hunting completely since 2.5, and hunting was one of my favourite things in the game, even if people kept telling me: "Why do you hunts? They don't give you anything.", I just did them for the fun and the GC gear. Now I won't even get my gear because hunts are such boring zergs.
