Well Mundras don't come into play until Ninja is unlocked so that gives players thirty levels to get a feel for the battle system before having to worry about a mechanic like that. And while I think it's an unlikely move for Rogue to be made into a starting class (as they could have done that initially yet chose not to) I do hope that they make the change when you consider that Musketeer may never see the light of day forever leaving Limsa Lominsa with only two starting classes to choose from. By no means is it necessary for each starting city to have three starting classes, but it's one of those little things that can get irksome. Not to mention Rogue is the only class that isn't available from the start and may only ever be the class with such a restriction. It's just odd. Maybe in the future they will add more classes for players to unlock, but so far they haven't given any sign of having that intention.
