After the "Sibling Strife" cutscene in the tunnel at vesper bay, I tried to teleport to Ul'Dah, and it would go through the animation, but I would stay in the tunnel. Tried 3 times. Teleporte didn't work till I left the tunnel entirely and was on the ramp in The Footfalls. This happened on Exodus Server about 5 mins before this post.
