A housing idea

I have an idea or several that could open housing and gardening to more people using the system we already got with maybe a few additions.

1. A System that could add Wards to a residential District as the previous ones fill up

2. A loan system that you can pay off by having some of your profits taken out and send to your loan when you sell something via the market board like maybe 10-30% of your profits depending on if you got a large, medium, or small house. you could also put money manually but the idea behind this is we all use the market board it would be perfect.

3. a system for Fcs to have a loan that takes 5% of all members profits to pay for the fc house. similar to the second idea.

the idea is Early on you get access to these quests about when you get your retainer and would only work for your first house on that toon, it is also an idea to bring more gardeners into the market since if your in an fc it is rare that they will allow you to garden if anything 90% of them lock gardening to Super high ranking officers and leaders. and with personal housing being super damn expensive that does not help the gardeners who want to garden, the idea helps everyone get a house.
