Please Re-implement the AFK Timer Kick?

Bumping because every time I talk to a friend about playing this game I have to caveat the hell out of it because Balmung is now locked out 24/7 except after maintenance. PLEASE do this at the very least.

Yeah, Balmung best times are normally super early morning, or right before/after Maintenance. I have friends that would like to try to play, but they have things like work and such, so they can't always be up at crazy hours to try to make a character. So it's normally closed out by the time they get the chance to take a look. I know some this is so bad, they actually make characters on other servers then actually pay to transfer to Balmung... which is ridiculous to have to do in the first place.
