Mount abilities

Even if this was something which occurred by mistake, I'd like for it to retain as an option. I've come to quite like it.

I also thought this was a great addition, making it easier to use mount abilities. If the change makes it a toggle for the people who oddly like to have their mounts on bar one for whatever reason then everyone can be happy--but please don't remove it completely.

If we are getting some toggle for pet bar swapping, perhaps we could also get the ability to prevent newly learned skills from appearing on both the hotbar and the xhotbar.
