Problem:
The blinking Support icon does not disappear after reading and closing support replies. Normally, after closing the issue, the support icon goes away, and you'll be able to see your moogle mail icon again.

This is a big deterrent in reporting RMT if I can't remove the support icon and see my incoming moogle mail.

Steps:
  1. Report an RMT to the GM via /support
  2. Wait for a copy & paste reply from the GM
  3. Close the issue
