Hello and welcome to the game! You get separate bonus stat points for each class, so you are able to put 30 points in MND for Conjurer and 30 points in INT for Thaumaturge, for example. However, as Arcanist class splits into two different jobs (you're able to play both of them) that are Scholar and Summoner, those two jobs share the Arcanist bonus skill points.
