Fix UI size!

Agreed, I'm really enjoying the game so far.. yet there are a few very annoying quality of life issues I'm noticing that I would have expected to be fixed considering the game has gone through an entire rebuild already and putting me off wanting to actually buy the game straight away

This being one of them...
The HUD layout window should also have boxes for easy configuration of Element Size and Element Position instead of having to use key commands.
Element Size being a simple drop down Box with Percentage sizes.
and Element Position being a X : Y co-ordinate system going -100 to 100 scaling with the screen!

Also all UI elements that should be added to the HUD Layout configuration.
Mainly NPC dialogue and NPC battle announcements as the general dialogue is to small and battle announcements are HUGE and get in the way.
