The ones complaining are the ones just want get the content dones ASAP regardless of whether the healers have MP and the DPS/Tanks have TP,

If a healers can heal the group while SB'ing then good for them. If a DPS can push higher DPS then a newbie in the dungeon while SB'ing then great and lastly if a Tank can tank with SB gear, awesome.
